Our Seasonal Waiting List will remain

 Closed as of 4/1/2010 

       Seasonal camping opportunities are determined on a year to year basis. We are currently at 50%, and will continue to maintain that percentage each year. Our waiting list is currently closed at approximately 275 people.

       This list will remain closed until we feel that it is time to replenish our pool of potential “Seasonal Campers”. At the end of the camping season all current Seasonal Campers are given an Intent Letter that has to be returned with a deposit by January 1st to secure their site for the next season. Once we have determined the number returning, we then go to the waiting list to fill-in vacant positions.

       The current cost for a seasonal site is $3,900.00 for the 2010 camping season, which includes water, electricity, picnic table and fire ring. All sites are permitted to have one camping unit and one tent with parking for two cars if space provides. Seasonal Campers are given a set of Rules, Regulations, and Camping Guidelines that help us comply with our lease agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers.
