Seasonal Camping Information
Our Seasonal Waiting List for a Permanent Seasonal site Is Now Closed and Will Remain CLOSED for the 2024 year. When we open the wait list to add names, we will send out a mass email and post on social media.
Seasonal camping opportunities are determined on a year-to-year basis. We are currently at 60% and will continue to maintain that percentage each year. Our waiting list is currently closed at approximately 200 + people.
This list will remain closed until we feel that it is time to replenish our pool of potential “Seasonal Campers”. At the end of the camping season all current Seasonal Campers are given an Intent Letter that has to be returned with a deposit by December 1st to secure their site for the next season. Once we have determined the number returning, we then go to the waiting list to fill-in vacant positions.
The current cost for a seasonal site is $5,900.00 for the 2024 camping season, which includes water, electricity, picnic table and fire ring. All sites are permitted to have one camping unit and one tent with parking for two cars if space provides. Seasonal Campers are given a set of Rules, Regulations, and Camping Guidelines that help us comply with our lease agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers.
